Just Sports n Fitness is committed to providing all of its customers, both internal and external, with a professional, friendly and high-quality service. This commitment will become integral to the planning and delivery of all of its activities to ensure that the community, customers and visitors are left with a positive impression of our services.


Just Sports n Fitness recognises that:


  • customers want to receive consistent information regardless of how they contact our venues and they want services delivered in a seamless manner; and,

  • the knowledge, competence and friendliness of staff are vital to achieving this service excellence.



Just Sports n Fitness is committed to providing staff with opportunities to continuously enhance their skills to respond to members, guests and other persons who have contact with staff in order to achieve consistently high standards of customer service.


 Our Commitment to our customers


  • We treat our customers fairly and courteously in a consistent and ethical manner.

  • We are willing to assist you and be responsive to your needs.

  • We aim to give you face to face assistance upon your arrival at the counter service point.

  • We will respond to any telephone message within 1 working day, ideally less.

  • We will acknowledge or reply to your written communications within 2 working days of receipt.

  • We will meet agreed deadlines for the completion of your request.

  • We use your feedback to improve our services.
