We have daily classes & personal trainers on the floor of our gyms to help any way we can.
We'll give you a program to follow once you start and show you how to use all the equipment so we can ensure
your technique and posture is correct.
We can help you select activities that you enjoy, also choose exercises that will keep you challenged and on track towards reaching your fitness goals.
Our trainers have a vast knowledge of various exercises, tools and techniques that can make your workouts both fun and effective. The biggest problem people have in the gym is that they lift too heavy from the start or their technique and posture is incorrect.
We can do weekly weigh-ins and fortnightly measurements.
Every four to six weeks we can do you another program as your fitness progresses.
Our trainers keep track of your goals and we assist the clients in having 3 goals, short term 3 months, medium term 6 months and long term 12 months.
Classes are a great way to help you stay motivated and try new things. A trainer is there to help you and push you to your limits.
We are the only gym in Ipswich that has four classes suitable for people over the age of 50. Exercising in a group will make you feel welcome, confident and not alone. The social aspects of classes are mentally and physically rewarding.
