Academy Waterpolo was founded by former high performance coach and international player Simon Daley. In partnership with triple Olympian, Rhys Howden and Just Sports n Fitness, Academy Waterpolo's vision is to be the leading provider of junior waterpolo development programs across South East Queensland, Australia.
Academy Waterpolo specialises in waterpolo programs for children aged 6 to 18 years. Academy Waterpolo programs are designed to enhance both the skills and performance of young waterpolo players, and at the same time provide a fun, safe environment to learn and play.
Starting Tuesday 3rd October and running until Friday 8th December, sessions will be as follows
Monday – Thursday
U/12 Kids 3:30pm - 4:30pm
U/14 Kids 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Head coach and founder of Academy Water Polo, Simon Daley has been coaching for over 15 years. ‘My coaching philosophy is there is talent in every player - as a coach it is my role to find that talent and nurture it. My unwavering commitment to this philosophy is the basis of Academy Waterpolo. After establishing Brisbane’s first Water Polo Academy at the JUST managed, Valley Pool last year, it is time to develop the game in Ipswich!’
