The Brisbane City Council is organising a stall at the 142nd year of the Ekka this year. The concept is to create a park/leisure environment where people can take a break from the busy Woolworths pavilion. The theme of the stall will be keeping ‘Brisbane clean, green and sustainable’, with opportunities to learn more about Council’s work in this space and chance to win daily prizes donated by local businesses. JUST SportsnFitness at the Valley Pool is keen to get involved with the project donating a number member passes to help the community stay active and healthy.
